Mary Jane Loder

CORNING, CA - Mary Jane Fletcher Loder passed away peacefully on December 23, 2017 at home in Corning, CA of pancreatic cancer. She was 97. Mary Jane Fletcher was born October 13, 1920 in Camden NJ to Nathan Loper Fletcher and Nellie Baker Garrison Fletcher. She moved with her family to Bridgeton when she was 16. She graduated from Bridgeton High School 1938 and Peirce Business College 1939. She was a secretary prior to having her family.

sweetheart Arthur W. Loder on July, 10 1943. She
was very devoted to their family. She was a loving , fun and active mother grandmother and great grandmother who remained very involved in the lives of her family right up until her death, Mary Jane enjoyed life and had a positive and grateful outlook. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with those she loved.

She spent her teenage and young adult years as an active member of the Bridgeton First Methodist Church. She was a resident of Magnolia, NJ for the last 58 year where she attended Magnolia United Methodist Church serving in many capacities over the years including Sunday School teacher, outreach ministry, board member and Lay Leader as well as leader of the Busy Hands women’s group.

Mary Jane Loder is proceeded in death by her husband Arthur W. Loder, her daughter Susan Loder, her son-in-law Barry Kroeger and her parents Nathan Loper Fletcher and Nellie Baker Garrison Fletcher. She is survived by three children, Carol Kroeger of Blacksburg, VA, Thomas (Patricia)Loder of Peoria, AZ, and Arthur (Melissa) Loder of Clarksburg, WV; as well as 8 grandchildren Jennifer Loder Loewen, Pauline Cavalli Gelber, Dorothea Cavalli, Maria Cavalli,, Gretchen Foley, Fletcher Loder, Russell Kroeger and Thomas Loder and 6 great grandchildren.

The family will receive relatives and friends Saturday morning 9:00AM-10;00AM at the COSTANTINO FUNERAL HOME 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE BERLIN, NJ 08009. Memorial service 10:00AM.
